Steps to Root XIAOMI REDMI NOTE 4 by using TWRP Recovery:

step-1: Download the latest version of Magisk Manager zip, below here 

magisk.zip

step-2: After downloaded,move into internal storage on your device.

step-3: Power OFF your device and boot into recovery mode(by holding Volume Down and Power button simultaneously).

step-4: Once you enter into TWRP recovery mode,Tap on "install" button from showing on twrp home screen option.

step-5: Select the magisk zip file and "swipe to confirm flash",after done go back and tab "Reboot System".
